These terms apply to all orders in this web shop. Bend-it is closing down and sells its last pairs here.

Offer and prices

We only sell what is still in stock. If a pair or size is gone, it is gone. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added to the price and depend on the country you live in (Netherlands €9.00 · European Union €16.70 · Rest of the world €40.00, including VAT). You see the amount before you order, and the total is in the payment link.

If you order from outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs handling fees of your own country may apply. They are not included in the price.

Ordering and payment

By placing an order you reserve a pair. You do not pay yet. You get a confirmation by email and after that a payment link by email. The purchase is concluded once you have paid.

If there is no payment within 7 days, the reservation lapses and we release the pair again.

Please check your email address carefully: the confirmation and the payment link are sent there.

Delivery

As soon as we have your payment, we ship your shoes within 3 working days. Delivery time depends on the country and the carrier. You will hear from us as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

Within that period, tell us clearly by email (info@bend-it.com) that you cancel the purchase, mentioning your order number. After that, send the shoes back within 14 days. The cost of returning them is yours.

We refund the full amount, including the standard delivery costs you paid, within 14 days after we received your message, but we may wait until we have the shoes back or you have shown proof of shipping. You get the money back the same way you paid.

Please try the shoes on indoors and with care. If they have been worn outside or are damaged, we may charge for the loss in value. Send them back in the original packaging.

You may use this model form, but you do not have to: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following product: [product and size], ordered on [date], order number [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

Exchanges

Exchanging for another size is only possible if that pair is still available. Email us before you send anything back.

Complaints and warranty

Something wrong with your shoes? Email us with your order number and a photo. You keep the legal rights you have as a consumer if a product is not as you could reasonably expect.

Privacy and applicable law

How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement. Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live continue to apply.
