What data we use

When you order, we ask for your name, email address, address, optionally your phone number and a note. We also keep what you ordered and what you pay. To prevent abuse of the order form we keep an encrypted code of your IP address, from which your address cannot be recovered.

What we use it for

• handling your order: confirmation, payment link and shipping;
• contacting you when there is a reason to, for example a question about your order;
• keeping our records as the law requires.

The basis is that we need the data to carry out the sale to you and that we are legally required to keep our records. We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to deliver your order: the carrier (name and address), the provider of the payment link and payment, and our email and hosting services. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, and does not load external fonts or scripts.

How long we keep it

Data of paid orders is kept for as long as tax law requires (7 years). Data of orders that did not go through is not kept longer than necessary.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted (as far as the law does not require us to keep it), or object to its use. Email us at info@bend-it.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
